One of my favorite pastimes would definitely have to be drawing and a lot of those are actually conceptual fashion sketches. I'm not really sure why I do this even though I'm obviously not going to wear them, but it's definitely an amazing feeling to be able to put my random visualizations on paper and see them come to life! ah yes, i like the idea of dealing directly with the source, although with formal dresses, I find it more practical to have to made than to get it RTW because of the fitting part.

ReplyDeleteYour gown designs are very good to look at. You should pursue this! I just do not know if they are practical to make, I guess that is the other, more practical side of fashion design.

ReplyDeleteI love black too! Black pants, black dresses, black mini skirts - my stables. I agree that black don't have to be the boring classic choice - from the cut, to the material, a lot can be done to modernise and make black special.
