Another chill fuss-free outfit post for today! I can’t help but run to this no-fail method every time I don’t feel like dressing up, which is surprisingly happening a lot these past few weeks. I’m not really sure if it’s just me adjusting to college, but to be honest, is not much different from high school. Just a LOT more art. LOL
Anywho, let’s get down to business. (To defeat… THE HUNS. Okay, corny joke over.)
I wouldn’t be me without my undying love for neutrals and pastels. They’re just so freaking easy to pair with anything and everything. Plus, it will never fail to make you look classy, which in my book, is probably the first thing I always make sure of. I think it’s important to always exude this feeling of self-confidence; you have to let the world know that you’re comfortable in your own skin.
My top is probably my favorite polo ever. When I saw this top at Lacoste during my last trip to Thailand, I immediately knew it was going to be one I was taking home with me. It has this understated vintage elegance that makes me all giddy inside whenever I see it. It’s really the little details that makes this such a hit for me. And it’s so comfortable too!
Spending the entire in school pants, I tend to overuse my shorts nowadays when I can because it feels so good to let your legs breathe! LOL Don’t get me wrong though, I LOVE my uniform at UST! Maybe one day, I’ll post it here for fun. Haha!
In all seriousness though, I think to make an effortless outfit look put-together, it’s also really important to have clothes that fit you well. These tailored-fit shorts from Bench are, to this day, my very favorite!
To add a sportier vibe, I partnered my Tomato watch with a navy blue strap with a pop of gray and orange! It’s a teeny little unexpected twist that I think makes the outfit a little more interesting.
Lacoste top, Bench shorts, Tomato Time watch, Westlink shoes. (Hype this look on lookbook here!)
And that’s pretty much it for now! What do you guys think? :)
