There really is nothing like that “back home again” feeling after a fun trip. It’s this mix of happy and sad that anyone would feel just as they return home; you’re sad because the trip’s over but on the other hand, a part of you is relieved to be back in the familiarity of your turf.
Anywho, it’s time to return to normal programming, and that definitely means outfit posts again! Unfortunately though, my other outfit shots from Zamboanga are still rather trapped in my sister’s computer because she constantly forgets to send them to me. Thank goodness though for my other prepared posts! LOL
And in other news, I’m going to be trying a new blogging format for my outfit posts from now on. Tell me what you think! :)
Dressing up for plane rides can be tricky. You really have to address the situation from every angle and you definitely have to be smart about it! For that day, I decided to wear pants despite the heat that is clearly still upon TO THIS DAY. (Heat, please go away.) I think we all know how cold it can get in planes, but since I’m not one to quickly freeze to death, I decided to go with just a simple tee to balance out the “heat distribution.” (For lack of a better term. Haha!)
Arm parties are a really fun way to mix things up and add character to any outfit, as I’ve said numerous times before. I also decided to sport my simple new malachite bracelet from Sta. Cruz Island! I couldn’t resist buying it after finding out it was only worth 30 bucks! I know, it has “impulse-buy” written all over it. Haha!
Vans that I haven’t worn in so so long! Ever since I decided to revive them for my Zamboanga trip, I’ve been sporting it a lot these past few weeks! I love how the fun pattern and yellow accents give much life to my usually simple outfits!
Uniqlo top, Giordano pants, Vans slip-ons, BagKok bag, Tomato Time watch, SM Accessories bracelet, Sta. Cruz Island beaded bracelet. (Hype this look on lookbook here!)
What do you guys think about the slightly altered format? Yay or nay? :)
