7 Days of Tomato: Day 1

As the year’s about to end, here I am with another series that I spontaneously thought of! LOL I’ve recently bought this amazing watch set from Tomato that has this really classy silver watch, that of which is a dead-ringer for its incredibly expensive counterpart, Oxygen Paris! Anyways, ever since I started following David Guison’s blog, I developed a special appreciation for watches with interchangeable straps. Nato straps, specifically. I love the fact that you can totally reinvent your watch with just a quick switch of straps! Talk about practical!

So you can just imagine the joy I felt when I found out Tomato sold this watch set for only 700php! That’s craaaaazy! The set comes with seven cool straps for you to mix and match until you drop! Hence, this series was created! Let’s get on to the look!

Jacket from Penshoppe, Shirt from Xiamen, Pants from Giordano, Sneakers from Converse, Watch from Tomato Time.

I first went for the simplest strap - the black and white one! From there, it was definitely not hard to coordinate an outfit. Matching your clothes is easy, but just plain black and white? Easy was already an overstatement. Seriously, anyone can pull this off!

Here’s a close look at the watch! I love how they used bright red for the “second” needle. It totally broke the monotony with its energetic shade!

This varsity jacket from Penshoppe definitely did it for me. I especially love how it EXACTLY matched my watch strap! Look at the garter! I just realized they were twins as I’m typing this very moment! LOL

And I wish you could feel the print on my shirt! The jeans part of the print is actually real denim, and the shoe part is pleather! Sooo cute right? The sneakers even have these little jewels to represent the eyelets. Oh, the things you find in your travels!

Classic Chucks and my favorite black pants from Giordano to finish it off! These two were practically born for each other, no joke!

And so, that concludes my first look for the series! Watch out for the next entries!

Hype this look on lookbook here.
