Golden

Nothing laid-back today, because even I’m becoming aware of my lazy days becoming more and more frequent. Pretty soon, lazy day outfits are going to take over my blog! LOL I really have to balance all that out, so I’m starting with this post in hopes that it’ll do the job!

I wore this to our house blessing in Tagaytay, and since I know it was going to be a pretty big day for my dad, I made sure to dress accordingly!

Since it was a morning event, and one in Tagaytay no less, I made sure to stick to lighter colors to complement the cool rest-home vibe because I remember in movies that the people who live in these really awesome summer homes usually dressed in neutrals similar to this while sailing effortlessly through every scene.

This was such a nice touch to my simple button-down. I’ve always admired collar tips from afar, but I never really thought I’d actually own a pair until I found it on sale at Folded And Hung about a month ago. It comes with the lovely white shirt which I swear must’ve been made for me because it fits me so perfectly! (Which almost never happens.) The best part is that I can mix and match my collar tips by just simply removing it from the top, while I can use the shirt just plain in more formal occasions. Talk about practical! :)

For a little twist, I opted for my black K-Pop sneakers which I really love to death! I call it K-Pop because it reminds me so much of all the Korean music videos I see on TV. It just adds so much attitude to any outfit. Matched it with my watch to make the look a little more cohesive. :D

Folded and Hung shirt, Onesimus pants, ALDO boots, Kenneth Cole watch. (Hype my look on lookbook here!)

In other news, I’m not sure if you guys noticed the change in my photos yet again. I finally inherited my sister’s f/1.8 50mm lens and that means I can take photos with so much more depth of field which I am just sooo excited to play with! Gaaaaaah!

Anyways, what do you think? :D
