Calming Colors

Here I am yet again with another outfit post! And for this little ensemble I put together, I decided to go with my forte - pastels and autumn colors! These will forever be the easiest colors to pull off, add to that the fact that they’re so so very pleasing to the eyes. As Kryz Uy would say, these colors look so yummy, they’re good enough to eat! Hahahaha

Jacket from The Gap, Button-down from H&M, Trousers from Zara, and Plimsolls from Reva.

This outfit was actually styled around this gorgeous burgundy hoodie I got at a Gap outlet store; a steal at 995php, if I do say so myself! From there, it wasn’t hard to think of complimenting pieces that would go great with the jacket.

I chose the powder blue H&M top to throw emphasis on the rich color of the jacket, and obviously, the perfect compliment to any blue top would definitely have to be these amazing khakis, and finally plimsolls in the same delicious color as the top is basically just icing on the cake! I can almost imagine seeing outfits like these in popular American TV shows, particularly on Glee! LOL

Gosh, I still can’t get over the lovely color palette even as I type this! If you ask my friends, you’d know it’s a bit of a rarity for me to wear outfits such as this. Let’s hope that there’ll be more of this in the future! ‘Til next time!
