Dreamscape

As I was shopping at the lovely, let’s not forget chilly, mall that is Lucky Chinatown, I saw these light blue chinos that I instantly wanted. It’s one of those love-at-first-sight things that happen when you’re shopping, when you know that you just have to have it. What’s more is that it was at 50% off, so it only cost me 600 bucks!

Originally, I planned to go for a more classic black and white or neutral look to match the feel of the play my family and I were going to watch. For those who haven’t seen my previous post yet that I went to CCP, this is the outfit I wore to watch The Phantom of The Opera!

Cardigan from Muji, Button-down from 101 New York, Pants from Oxygen, Shoes from Reva.

The light blue chinos are such a nice change from my usual dark blue or black or gray jeans, don’t you agree? (Finally! A happy color to balance out my otherwise boring personality. LOL)

By the way, I’m trying this new posting format where I post pictures of close-ups of different angles and distances of my outfit similar to a few bloggers I know as an experiment! Here they are.

The wind was so strong that day! I had to hold my bangs to keep it intact! LOL

A close-up on the subtle pattern of my 101 New York button-down.

My super duper comfortable cardigan from Muji! Perfect for almost any occasion, weather, and outfit! Muji certainly packs the complete package every time!

Lastly, my powder blue plimsolls from Reva. It was a lucky find I encountered at The Landmark in Trinoma! Not only is it incredibly cheap, but it’s also quite durable, comfortable, and as you can see, very very stylish!

What do you guys think about the refreshing change in color? Agree or disagree?
