If you're going touring around Angkor Thom and Angkor Wat in one day, don't wear this. Haha!
I'm not really sure what came over me at the time, but this is what I wore to see the huge temples. It was a bit warm that day and a lot of the sand in the temples stained my pretty white shoes a little. :(
Despite my ill-advised outfit for the day, December in Cambodia is actually really nice and I think it's the best time to visit since it won't be scorching hot like it is during the summer. According to our tour guide, it reached a whopping 40 degrees Celsius last year. *Cringe*
As usual, I kept things simple in Cambodia since you'd be a mad man to want to layer. It's not really that I had a bad time because of my outfit, but if I wore a normal t-shirt, things would've been a lot better. Nevertheless, it was probably the best day I had in Cambodia. The ruins of the temples were an incredible sight to see. There's really just nothing quite like it! Take note though that you should still wear pants and not wear tank tops as they are quite strict with dress code when it comes to Angkor Wat.
Cotton On raglan, Giordano pants, From Thailand bag, Bench Time watch, K-Swiss sneakers. (Hype this look on lookbook here!)
This week has been the busiest ever in my freshman year so far. Our college week is approaching and our professors thought it'd be just peachy to pour all of this extra work on us for the sake of having something to display for the galleries. Ironically, despite all the craziness going on, it's actually the week that I got to update three times! Once all of the things on my list are done, I am soooo ready to start relaxing again. Haha!
Happy Sunday! :)

ReplyDeleteI wouldn´t really care what to wear to these amazing temples. It´s the temples you come to see not the other way around ;-) Like the colour of your trousers though, btw why not a photo in front of one of those amazing temples? I know, I´m not a fashionist, I´m a traveller :P
