Clean Cut

Remember when I last said I was going to throw myself more into blogger contests? Well, I’m really glad to say I’ve kept to it! Anyways, it wasn’t too long ago when I discovered David Guison was having yet another one of his little contests. This time, however, the prize is a lot bigger than what he usually puts up for grabs, and that’s a 10000 peso shopping spree at United Colors of Benetton! Pretty awesome, that’s for sure, especially since I’ve never ever owned anything from that lovely store.

Let’s get on to the look, shall we?

Sweater from The Gap, Jeans from Bossini (Xiamen), Loafers from Westlink (Xiamen).

The contest theme was to come up with a kick-ass sweater-jeans-sneakers combo and rock it to its full potential. If you know me, then you’re probably aware of the fact that I don’t exactly go for “kick-ass” most of the time, so instead of a younger, more vibrant approach, I went for some classy pastels because I love how their simplicity can make the biggest impressions. Mellow, but defined, comfortable, but incredibly stylish. (In my opinion, anyway. LOL)

I couldn’t resist matching my cream sweater with my lovely cream shoes! They’re not exactly sneakers, though, but the white soles make it one, technically. I hope David sees through that teeny wrinkle in my outfit! Hahahaha

I’m keeping my fingers crossed for now! Even though it’s not part of the criteria for judging, please support me by simply liking the photo here!
